Leg problems

Many problems in the legs clearly originate in a particular joint.
Immediate treatment:

  • Keep the leg at a rest in the position of greatest comfort. Most disorders in the leg need rest and initially, and many will clear with rest alone.
   
 When to consult a doctor
  • If there is recent injury causing any deformity, or extensive bruising.
• If pain is severe or has not cleared up after three day’s rest.
